Once you’re clear on the vision for your lifestyle practice and aligned with the needs, values and BIG Rocks that matter most to you, the next step is to understand where you’re spending your time now, and how to use your time more intentionally to achieve the results you desire.

In this module, you’ll learn time-tracking to effortlessly free up more time and capacity in your week. You’ll also see how you can use your newfound time on the things that matter to you, so you’re being proactively productive, instead of your week being derailed by other peoples’ agendas. We’ll cover:
  • Making more time - how to declutter your day and get control of your calendar, so you can spend your time on the business goals you’ve identified in a way that’s aligned with your needs and values.

In this module, we’re going to help you mine for the gold that’s right under your nose and understand the right way to leverage your network and lead your relationships with intent, including:

  • Identifying your top relationships to focus your referral activities on.
  • Learning to lead the relationship and how to do the right things with the right people, so you ethically influence their behavior by example for win-win opportunities.

  • Evaluating Your Relationships – Not all relationships are created equal and this relationship assessment model will help you decide who will help you grow so you know who to focus your time and energy on.
